MOA & ESOMAR Code of Conduct As member of the Dutch Market Research Association (MOA) and ESOMAR, ADV Market Research adheres to the market research code of conduct. This code prescribes a number of ethical and business principles: - Respondents' rights

- Mutual rights and responsibilities of research companies and their customers.
Personal Privacy Laws ADV Market Research manages personal data in accordance with national personal privacy laws (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens -WBP- in The Netherlands). The WBP directs that people are informed regarding the aims of the research prior to the use of their personal data. Personal information can therefore only be used when the respondents have been correctly informed. What does this mean for you? All personal information gathered during a survey is disconnected from the questionnaire at the end of each survey. Customers only receive results and statistical analysis based on the combined results of all respondents. In other words: - Personal data (e.g. email and address data) will never be disclosed to any other party;
- ADV customers will only receive information based on anonymous profiles. This means that it is impossible for a customer to individually identify a respondent;
- All profile and survey data gathered will be disconnected from the personal information and address data;
- Participation in any market research programme is always on the basis of your own free will and anonymity. We will never use market research to mislead the respondent or recommend services or products.
Internet cookies Internet cookies used by ADV Market Research are never used to store personal data; they are only used in order to ensure that online surveys are carried out quickly and efficiently. ADV Research makes use of so-called 'session cookies'; data that is only used while completing a specific survey.
