Government and Member organisations
The government and local authorities are increasingly interested to know their citizens’ opinions, desires and attitudes. Nowadays it is possible to ask people for their opinion on a quick, reliable and especially profitable way through discussion forums, citizen- and member panels and (online) research.
For unions and member organisations it is also of great importance to get to know the opinion of their members. How to involve members? What do they need? These kind of questions can only be answered through solid research.
ADV assists several municipalities, unions and member organisations with the involvement of their citizens or members. ADV realizes that it is very difficult for organisations to gather the right information. How to use a citizen panel successfully? How do I interpret results? To get an answer on these and other questions, ADV introduced periodical brunch sessions for her clients starting in May 2008. During these sessions knowledge is exchanged between clients mutually and ADV. Often it appears that organisations encounter the same problems and have developed surprising solutions. Brunch sessions are an excellent way to get acquainted with ADV and her clients.
