The Business Unit “Overheid en Ledenorganisaties” (Government and Member organisations) implements researches like:

• Zwols Citizenpanel: ADV assists the local authority Zwolle with the implementation, management and maintenance of their citizen panel and places their researches online. To join the panel, a resident of the municipality can register online. He or she recurrently receives questions on topics that are of special interest within the municipality.
• Mediascan: ADV has been observing the reports on FNV in the media since mid-2008. ADV monthly informs FNV on trends, frequently occurring articles and the appreciation of FNV in the media.
• Website evaluation: ADV has done a website evaluation for the ICTU amongst five focus groups, concerning the website Overheid.nl. During several sessions the design, user-friendliness and the expectations of the website have been investigated. Based on this type of research it is possible to improve websites.
• KNVB member panel: Since 2007 ADV has been investigating recurrently affairs in general and on behalf of the association’s policy.
• ADV also frequently conducts ad hoc researches on behalf of several large government institutions. These researches take place only once and only with regards to a specific situation.
